I’m a full-stack software engineer based in Grapevine, TX, focused on performance, scalability, and clean architecture. At Paycom I architect microservices and search pipelines across millions of candidates, and ship AI-powered hiring features that enterprise teams rely on every day — including interview scheduling automation and a natural language query interface for the iWant product.

I hold an MS in Computer Science from UT Arlington (GPA 3.9/4.0) and a BE in Computer Engineering from Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai. I’m also IEEE-published — my NLP/ML pipeline was presented at the IEEE Global Conference for Advancement in Technology (GCAT 2022). My work spans enterprise SaaS, mobile apps, and NGO non-profits — always with measurable impact: 40% more event registrations, 20% organizational growth, a 97% reduction in API latency.

Beyond engineering, I founded DBIT SevaTech — a student-run non-profit delivering free tech services to NGOs — and served as Technical Head of ACM-DBIT, one of Mumbai’s largest student chapters.

  • Architected the Paycom Career Portal as a standalone microservice serving millions of applicants across tens of thousands of enterprise clients — handling ~5% of total company traffic — cutting API response times from 1–2s to 30–50ms; integrated Google Maps for location-aware job search and hCaptcha for bot validation.
  • Built a custom MySQL → Elasticsearch sync pipeline enabling full-text search across millions of candidates and applications — eliminating query timeouts and reducing search latency from minutes to seconds.
  • Designed candidate interview self-scheduling using a sweep line algorithm (O(n log n)) to compute real-time availability across multiple interviewers and timezones, synced via Microsoft & Google Calendar APIs with automatic PTO and conflict resolution.
  • Built a natural language data query interface for iWant, Paycom’s AI hiring product, using GraphQL — enabling non-technical hiring managers to surface insights without system knowledge.
